What you'll do

• Create and deliver content assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Increase lead generation and audience engagement via compelling, audience-focused content.
• Repurpose thought leadership, webinars, and campaign content into multiple formats.
• Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives, brand standards, accessibility requirements, and compliance guidelines.
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations based on data.
• Coordinate content production with marketers, designers, videographers, and external partners to deliver on time.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
• Proven experience creating and managing multi-channel marketing content and campaign assets.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and content adaptation skills across web, email, social media, and digital platforms.
• Experience managing content production workflows, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and asset delivery.
• Ability to interpret marketing performance data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience managing multilingual content and coordinating content localization.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and marketing technologies.
