Overview

As a TikTok Ads Expert, you’ll own TikTok paid performance end-to-end to drive profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth across an ecommerce brand portfolio.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute TikTok performance campaigns from strategy through optimization.
• Run creative testing and experimentation to identify winning concepts, audiences, and structures.
• Stay hands-on in TikTok Ads Manager and monitor campaign performance.
• Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable feedback for Creative teams.
• Proactively identify performance risks and opportunities.
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 4–5+ years of hands-on TikTok Ads management experience, ideally for ecommerce or DTC.
• Experience scaling TikTok purchase/conversion campaigns and driving measurable revenue growth.
• Strong command of TikTok Ads Manager for setup, targeting, bidding, budget allocation, optimization, and reporting.
• Deep understanding of TikTok creative ecosystem elements including UGC/creator-led short-form video.
• Experience developing and running structured creative and performance experiments.
• Knowledge of ecommerce performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, and profitability.
