- Define merchandising briefs for the homepage, collection, category and campaign pages, including product selection, visual merchandising and the application of marketing stories and themes.
- Review and approve merchandising content weekly, giving Site Operations complete, approved and traceable instructions for execution.
- Set catalogue-quality expectations so product data, imagery and attributes support search, filtering and conversion, and escalate gaps to the owning teams.
- Apply a mobile-first approach to layout, product ranking and category presentation, and review the live site regularly to catch issues and opportunities early.
- Own and co-ordinate the EAP Levi.com promotional calendar, aligning market, marketing, merchandising and pricing inputs.
- Plan the merchandising of seasonal launches, campaign moments and promotional periods, including product selection, placement, sequencing and message alignment.
- Provide Site Operations with approved promotional specifications and timelines, and confirm readiness ahead of peak trading periods.

- Review promotional performance after each major event and share lessons to improve the next one.
- Monitor daily and weekly site performance, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, units per transaction, sell-through and product-level productivity.
- Review site analytics to identify conversion and revenue opportunities, diagnosing performance by market, category, device and product.
- Recommend and execute timely in-season trading actions, such as re-ranking, re-merchandising, promotional emphasis and assortment visibility, in a fast-paced environment.
- Produce routine performance reporting and competitive analysis, and contribute merchandising insight to weekly and monthly business reviews.
- Define and track merchandising KPIs, using data to prioritise improvements and demonstrate impact.
- Translate seasonal product direction, brand priorities and market strategies into pre-season site merchandising plans and category-level assortment plans for supported markets.
- Partner with Merchandising, Planning and Country eCommerce Leads to understand launches, key styles, inventory positions and local creation, and agree how each should be positioned online.
- Identify product-positioning opportunities and leverage the product portfolio to balance brand, gender, category and commercial goals.
- Conduct monthly and seasonal product and category analysis, feeding digital insights back to planning and buying teams to inform assortment and buying-structure decisions.
- Set the merchandising framework and targets for each market based on cluster strategy, flexing plans in season as demand, inventory and trading performance change.
- Identify and prioritise site enhancements based on data, consumer insight and market feedback, and contribute clear requirements to Digital Product and Engineering.
- Design and run A/B and personalisation tests on merchandising levers, such as sort logic, product cards, filters and recommendations, and scale what works.
- Contribute to front-end enhancement and bug-fixing priorities by documenting merchandising impact and acceptance criteria.
- Explore new merchandising capabilities, including personalisation, automation and approved AI tools, and build the business case for adoption.
- Track best practice and innovation in fashion eCommerce, particularly mobile, app and social commerce.
- Lead the regional merchandising practice, sharing best practice and consistent standards across markets while accommodating legitimate local needs.
- Document merchandising playbooks, checklists and templates, and agree clear hand-offs with Site Operations and Digital Content Experience.
