Partnerships & UGC Lead

Overview

Lead UGC partnerships to build and scale a creator-led growth engine across Valerie’s ecommerce brand portfolio, owning the end-to-end creator/affiliate lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Own creator and affiliate lifecycle from sourcing and outreach through briefing, content delivery, approvals, attribution, and commercial performance.
• Identify creators based on their ability to influence purchasing decisions.
• Partner with Creative, Paid Media, Analytics, Brand, and POD teams to find creators and content driving measurable results.
• Manage creator commercials including commissions, licensing, usage rights, and whitelisting arrangements.
• Build and run creator pipelines and scalable testing across creators, content formats, commercial models, and partnership structures.
• Translate creator and campaign data into recommendations for Creative and Paid Media teams.
• Create systems, templates, workflows, and playbooks to speed up creator partnerships.

What you'll need

• 4–6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or performance creative.
• Proven experience building and managing creator partnerships with measurable ecommerce or revenue outcomes.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC formats, and creator-led content.
• Experience sourcing, evaluating, outreaching, negotiating, onboarding, and managing creators end-to-end.
• Experience managing creator affiliate structures, licensing, usage rights, and whitelisting.
• Experience working with affiliate codes/links, UTMs, discount codes, and creator-level attribution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple creators, deliverables, and deadlines.
