Field Partner Leader, MEA

Overview

Lead Redis’s channel and distribution business across India, the Middle East, and Africa. Own partner strategy, coverage, pipeline, and revenue across distributors, resellers, system integrators, MSPs, and hyperscalers.

What you'll do

• Own partner strategy across India, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Recruit and manage distributors, resellers, system integrators, MSPs, and hyperscalers.
• Build joint business plans with priority partners and distributors.
• Run quarterly business reviews and track partner performance.
• Deliver product, sales, and technical partner enablement.
• Manage partner pipeline and forecast governance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams on partner-led motions.

What you'll need

• At least 7–10 years of quota-carrying channel, partner sales, or distribution management experience.
• Direct partner-management experience across India, the Middle East, and/or Africa.
• Experience managing distributors, resellers/VARs, system integrators, MSPs, and hyperscalers.
• Experience building distributor strategy and managing partner performance.
• Experience with joint business planning and quarterly business reviews.
• Experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM.
• Experience with campaign or partner-program management.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with partners across India, the GCC, and/or key African markets.
• Experience with infrastructure, database, or cloud/SaaS technology.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP co-sell motions.
• Additional regional languages such as Hindi, Arabic, or French.
