Overview

Organic Marketing Lead to own and grow Drivetrain’s organic acquisition channels for enterprise SaaS pipeline.

What you'll do

• Own the organic growth strategy across SEO, content marketing, and organic social.
• Build and manage a content engine for finance/FP&A personas.
• Run technical and on-page SEO including keyword strategy and performance tracking.
• Use AI tools to scale content research, drafting, optimization, and repurposing.
• Grow organic social presence on LinkedIn via company page strategy and community engagement.
• Analyze funnel performance from traffic to signups/pipeline and report results.
• Stay ahead of SEO/AI-search shifts and adapt the strategy.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years in organic marketing, SEO, or content marketing.
• Proven track record of driving measurable organic traffic and pipeline growth.
• Strong writing/editing judgment on what to publish.
• Working fluency with AI tools in a daily workflow.
• Comfort with SEO tooling such as Ahrefs/Semrush, GSC, and GA4.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to finance/FP&A or other technical B2B personas.
