Lead - SEO

Overview

Lead - SEO is responsible for driving organic growth through traditional search and AI-driven answer engines. The role includes hands-on execution, strategic ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring junior contributors.

What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end SEO and AEO/GEO strategy aligned with company OKRs.
• Build and run organic growth plans across traditional search and AI answer platforms.
• Identify and prioritize high-intent opportunities across the funnel (TOFU → BOFU).
• Lead keyword, topic, and entity research with intent mapping.
• Collaborate with content writers to embed SEO/UX/clarity from the start.
• Track and analyze performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush/Ahrefs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior SEO or content team members.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of hands-on and strategic SEO experience.
• Experience contributing to or owning SEO strategy execution with measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of AI search and AEO/GEO, including LLM-driven content discovery.
• Deep expertise in keyword research, intent mapping, and content strategy.
• Solid technical SEO knowledge including indexing, crawlability, JS SEO, and site architecture.
• Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, Semrush/Ahrefs, and SEO diagnostic tools.
