Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, Paid Media

Overview

Senior individual contributor responsible for executing and optimizing paid acquisition and remarketing campaigns for QuillBot across global markets. The role uses testing, analysis, attribution, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer acquisition and revenue performance.

What you'll do

• Execute, monitor, and optimize multi-channel acquisition and remarketing campaigns.
• Set up campaigns, perform quality assurance, manage bidding, targeting, pacing, creative rotation, and tracking.
• Analyze media metrics, conversions, revenue, CAC, and LTV across products, markets, audiences, and channels.
• Manage approved spend and recommend budget reallocations based on performance.
• Design and run tests across creative, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign formats.
• Partner with Creative, Product, Data, and Engineering to improve ads, landing pages, tracking, and measurement.
• Optimize remarketing through audience segmentation, creative sequencing, and frequency management.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience optimizing multi-channel campaigns and managing pacing against acquisition and revenue goals.
• Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to translate data into campaign actions.
• Understanding of attribution and incrementality concepts.
• Experience with GA4 and campaign reporting or visualization tools such as Looker.
• Experience executing campaigns across international markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, or European Union.

• Experience in a B2C subscription or consumer technology business.
