Academy Professor, French & Portuguese

Overview

Coach customers through live, small-group sessions focused on HubSpot tools and use cases, while creating supporting educational content. The role combines facilitation, content creation, product adoption analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Lead interactive coaching sessions on HubSpot tools, features, and use cases.
• Develop videos, workbooks, guides, and follow-up materials.
• Design learning experiences that drive product adoption and usage.
• Track activation, feature adoption, attendance, feedback, and usage impact.
• Collaborate with Academy, Product, Creative, and Marketing teams.
• Log sessions and attendance and coordinate planning through operational tools.
• Improve session formats and content using customer feedback and performance metrics.

What you'll need

• Fluency in French and Portuguese.
• Experience leading live trainings, workshops, or group sessions.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to learn product features and connect them to customer use cases.
• Ability to create structured written educational content.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with HubSpot across multiple Hubs.
• Experience facilitating global audiences across time zones.
• Familiarity with event platforms or scaled programs.
• Experience creating short-form video or educational materials.

• Remote role based in Ireland.
• Annual cash compensation: €47,100–€64,800 EUR.
