Account Executive, Client Services - Retirement

Overview

Provide client service and consulting support to retirement plan partners, intermediaries, advisors, and plan sponsors. Manage client issues, explain plan activities, and support retention for an assigned book of business.

What you'll do

• Deliver proactive service and resolve client inquiries and issues.
• Research problems and identify appropriate solutions.
• Communicate service status, execution, and resolutions clearly.
• Monitor and close action items for assigned clients.
• Respond to questions about compliance testing, statements, and RMDs.
• Produce, analyze, and distribute regular reports.
• Support sales efforts and participate in special projects.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of direct client experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to work overtime when required by the business unit.
