What you'll do

• Drive new business sales using inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and proactive outreach.
• Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers through prospecting channels like cold calling and referrals.
• Understand customer needs and position products and solutions accordingly.
• Run sales conversations, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate sales and pipeline records in the CRM.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to improve sales conversations.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in a subscription, SaaS, marketplace, or digital sales environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing new business.
• Strong prospecting skills, including confidence with cold calling and proactive outreach.
• Ability to understand customer needs and clearly communicate product value.
