Accountant FAO

Overview

Accountant role in Finance and Accounting Operations (FAO) covering accounts payable and month-end reporting.

What you'll do

• End to end AP workflow expertise.
• Process payments for vendor aging and email responses.
• Process invoices manually.
• Perform vendor reconciliation.
• Create and update vendor master records in NetSuite.
• Handle expense reporting.
• Maintain SOPs, process checklists, documentation and reviews.
• Prepare and review AP and AR closing entries.
• Prepare and review reclass, accrual, prepaid and amortization journal entries.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3-4 years in accounting processes.
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and international client-facing experience.
• Quick learner, self-driven, positive mindset and target oriented.
• Graduate degree in B.Com or M.Com.

Nice to have

• Exposure to NetSuite.
