Accountant (RTR)

Overview

Accountant (Record to Report) role in the Global Finance Services Division team, providing timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management, based out of the Bangalore Whitefield office.

What you'll do

• Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
• Review and approve journal entries.
• Review and approve reconciliations to ensure timely clearing of aged items in the Balance Sheet accounts.
• Create reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
• Create and utilize automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results.

What you'll need

• 3-4 years of Accounting Degree or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in captive accounting service centres or large corporates with Manufacturing & Service nature of business.
• Basics in handling multiple ERPs and varied accounting tools.
• Basics in data analytical skills and interpretation of results.
• Basics in understanding accounting/business issues.

Nice to have

• Professional certification from CA/CMA institute/US CPA/CMA.

• Location: Bangalore Whitefield Office, Karnataka.
• Work mode: onsite, five days a week in the office.
• Shift timings: US shift, 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM IST.
