  • Maintain proficiency in Oracle Fusion, close management software, Excel and other systems and analytical tools used by the Accounting function.
  • Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

What you'll need

  • Two or more years of accounting, financial reporting or related experience.
  • Working knowledge of core accounting concepts, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, balance sheet accounts and period-end close.
  • Experience using an ERP or financial accounting system.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to prepare accurate accounting work within recurring close deadlines.
  • Ability to research account differences and other routine accounting issues, document findings clearly and escalate matters requiring additional judgment or review.
  • Basic understanding of internal controls, approval requirements and segregation-of-duties concepts within an accounting environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assigned deliverables and recurring deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with reconciliations, account analysis, lookups, pivot tables and other commonly used functions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in business English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across time zones.
  • Ability to work effectively within established accounting procedures and review standards, respond constructively to reviewer feedback and continuously improve work quality.
