Accountant, International Accounting

Overview

Accountant for International Accounting with hands-on intercompany and payroll accounting responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Record intercompany transactions across Yext entities, including reconciliation and settlement of balances.
• Prepare and post payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll-related G/L accounts for assigned entities.
• Prepare reconciliations, roll forwards, account analysis, and month-end journal entries across multiple G/L accounts.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for statutory financial statements.
• Maintain and track an audit query tracker and support audits with underlying documentation and ad-hoc reports.
• Manage and reconcile large volumes of data in Excel from internal systems and the general ledger.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Working understanding of GAAP and accounting concepts.
• Ability to manipulate and manage large amounts of data.
• Collaborative communication skills for operational and cross-functional issues.
• Detail- and results-oriented approach suitable for a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
