Staff Accountant

Overview

Staff Accountant role supporting StockX’s international accounting operations, with focus on India and Hong Kong.

What you'll do

• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for assigned international entities.
• Support local statutory adjustments, statutory financial statements, regulatory and tax information, and external audit support.
• Maintain fixed assets subledgers, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Reconcile bank accounts and assist in preparing cash flow forecasts.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end variance analysis and explain key drivers.
• Process and review vendor invoices and employee expenses, including PO matching and discrepancy resolution.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• IFRS concepts knowledge and ability to reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Practical accounts payable experience (invoice processing, PO matching, vendor maintenance, payment support).
• Working knowledge of Excel and ability to learn and use ERP systems.
• Accuracy, ownership, strong attention to detail, and meeting deadlines with competing priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work with vendors, auditors, and across international time zones.
