IMS Recon Specialist I

Overview

The IMS Recon Specialist I will manage project closure activities related to investigator payments, with a focus on data accuracy and reconciliation across contracts, databases and payment platforms.

What you'll do

• Manage project closure activities related to investigator payments by reviewing internal site contracts against the Oracle database and MCTMS.
• Manage investigator payments using IMPACT and Medidata platforms with a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, project management, A/P, A/R and contracts teams to maintain a holistic view of project finances.
• Review and interpret Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) to ensure payments follow contractual terms.
• Perform Excel-based grant tracking, cost entries and invoice reviews.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant industry exposure.
• Experience with invoice processing and data reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with the MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Finance or accounting-related industry background.
• Experience in payment processing or financial operations.
