Accounting Associate Analyst - Cigna Healthcare

Overview

Accounting Associate Analyst supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, statutory compliance and month-end financial close for the company.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day vendor and other payments after review of invoices and initiate payments on the bank portal.
• Work closely with team members on revenue and expense booking in the accounting ERP (Oracle).
• Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities in close coordination with the accounting team.
• Ensure appropriate financial documents and procedures are in place.
• Support until finalisation of all CHSI audits.
• Prepare and support monthly reconciliation reports such as receivables, payables and any ad hoc reports.
• Perform other accounting-related work for the company and escalate critical issues in a timely manner.

What you'll need

• Postgraduate or graduate qualification, or equivalent qualification, with 1-2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash management.
• Knowledge of TDS, GST and other statutory compliances.
• Good knowledge of accounting journal entries.
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle, including operating knowledge of AP, AR, GL and FA modules.
