Accounting & Reporting Analyst

Overview

Accounting & Reporting Analyst supporting account receivables and/or credit activities within General Accounting, reporting to the Accounting & Reporting Manager - General.

What you'll do

• Perform general accounting activities, applying techniques and standards to the classification and recording of financial transactions.
• Execute quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring.
• Comply with and help achieve Internal control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance in the General Accounting team for applicable templates, participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation.
• Assist with data gathering, data entry, and basic financial analysis to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements.
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Produce reports, statements of account, reconciliations, and statements of sourcing.
• Handle month end book closing activities.
• Handle audit queries.
• Recommend changes to process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities.
• Identify areas for process and report standardization across different countries.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in General Accounting.
• Strong payroll accounting knowledge in SAP along with Workday.
• Working knowledge of Cadency (Trintech), SAP and S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of payroll accruals accounting.
• Ability to perform general accounting activities and record financial transactions.
• Ability to execute accounting analyses and reports in support of finance and business leaders.
• Multi-tasking performance.
• Readiness to accept new challenges.
• Flexibility to work in any shift.
