Accounts Receivable Coord I

Overview

Accounts Receivable Coordinator I responsible for preparing and routing invoice packages, generating invoices in Oracle, maintaining billing records, and handling invoice-related inquiries.

What you'll do

• Prepare invoice packages from consolidated monthly data files.
• Generate pass-through invoices in Oracle.
• Create and save invoice PDF packages along with backup scans to the M drive.
• Route prepared invoice packages to project managers for review and approval.
• Email invoice PDF packages to clients or send hard copies via Federal Express when originals are needed.
• Update the billing repository after invoices are created and invoice numbers are added.
• Process credits and rebills as required and generate investigator invoices in Oracle.

What you'll need

• Strong Excel skills (at least intermediate level).
• Experience working in a multi-currency environment.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate well with colleagues/clients in other countries.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience using an Oracle ERP system.
