Accounts Receivable Specialist

Overview

Accounts Receivable Specialist responsible for processing customer payments, maintaining receivables accounting, and handling reconciliations, collections, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Post bank account statements, debtor payment receipts, and credit card transactions.
• Process daily cash journals for branches.
• Run dunning procedures and clarify open payment claims.
• Reconcile intermediate, sub-, and error accounts in the receivables area.
• Support audit queries and ad-hoc requests.
• Perform periodical accounting procedures such as accruals posting, KPI calculation, aging report, and month-end/year-end/budget activities.
• Deliver knowledge transfer for establishing a new Shared Service Center.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.

What you'll need

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar, or relevant work experience.
• Good accounting skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good SAP/R3 skills for FI & MM.
• Good MS-Office skills.
• B2 level or higher in English.
• B2 level or higher in Norwegian (plus).

• Transportation is provided from Kaunas City to Continental.
