Overview

Serve as an SAP Analyst or Consultant supporting Life Sciences clients through SAP consulting, customization and implementation initiatives. The role covers business scoping, assessment and planning for end-to-end supply chain processes.

What you'll do

• Perform business scoping, assessment and planning for Life Sciences clients.
• Develop blueprints.
• Create business cases.
• Redesign business processes.
• Support SAP customization and implementation with Life Sciences clients.
• Apply business process understanding across procurement, manufacturing, quality management, production planning, warehouse management, sales and distribution, and clinical supply chain management.
• Work in a client-servicing role in a global setup or work internationally.
• Work on SAP S4 HANA implementation projects.

What you'll need

• MBA from a Tier-1 B-school or a postgraduate degree with rich and relevant industry experience.
• B.Tech/BE + MBA.
• 3-6 years of progressive business and/or consulting experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Life Sciences Industry.
• Consulting experience in SAP customization and implementation with Life Sciences clients.
• Experience in business scoping, assessment and planning that includes blueprinting, business case creation, and business process redesign.
• Understanding of business processes for end-to-end supply chain, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution, and Clinical Supply Chain Management.
• Experience working in a client-servicing role in a global setup or working internationally.
• Experience working on SAP S4 HANA implementation projects.
• Strong functional knowledge and experience in any of the following modules: SAP LS, SAP EWM, SAP IBP, SAP APO, SAP PP/QM, SAP MM/WM, SAP ATTP, SAP PM, SAP SD, SAP BRH, SAP ICSM, or SAP CGTO.

Nice to have

• SAP implementation experience.
• Thought leadership experience.
• Exposure to consulting assets, methodologies, points-of-view, research or white papers, and marketing collaterals.
