Actuarial Analyst

Overview

Actuarial Analyst role focused on maintaining actuarial data, supporting reserving and technical provisions, and generating analytical and reporting outputs.

What you'll do

• Develop, update, and maintain actuarial data sources with validation checks.
• Spot opportunities to improve data use and produce more insightful actuarial analysis.
• Contribute to quarterly and year-end reserving calculations and required technical provisions/QRTs.
• Support monthly performance monitoring, including loss ratio analysis.
• Contribute to processes for robust factor reserves and earning patterns.
• Automate data preparation/transformation and create concise summary dashboards.
• Support reinsurer data requests and respond to queries promptly.

What you'll need

• Studying towards Fellowship of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA) or equivalent actuarial exams.
• 1+ years of non-life insurance modelling experience.
• Analytical mindset, commercial awareness, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively and autonomously from proof of concept to delivery.
