Overview

AES Guidewire Policy Center Associate Developer - Operate role focused on developing and customizing Guidewire platform applications for insurance operations. You’ll analyze client needs, implement solutions, and provide training and support for integration and utilization.

What you'll do

• Develop and customize applications using the Guidewire platform for insurance organizations.
• Design, code, and test solutions for policy administration, claims management, and billing.
• Analyze client needs to implement software that optimizes operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to ensure seamless integration and business application utilization.
• Collaborate with team members to adapt to different client challenges and project scopes.
• Take ownership of personal skill development using a learning mindset.
• Gather information to analyze facts and discern patterns.

What you'll need

• Deep expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter and good understanding of ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and ContactManager.
• Knowledge of GOSU, Guidewire Event and Rules Framework, and Guidewire Web Services.
• Knowledge of XML & JSON formats and ANT, MAVEN, and Gradle scripts.
• Experience with SOAP UI, Postman, and code repositories such as SVN and GIT.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2-4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
