What you'll need

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience as an affiliate manager, account manager, partner manager or customer success manager (may be the background you bring)
• Ability to build relationships and turn a cold contact into a trusted partner
• Ability to hold people accountable and coach each person in a way that fits them
• Comfort discussing funnels, offers, content and campaigns
• A goal-driven mindset: working to beat clear targets
• Ability to run a proven playbook with discipline while testing new ideas
• Comfort working in a fast-moving company
