Aftermarket Sr. Service Sales Engineer (Turbomachinery)

Overview

Aftermarket Sr. Service Sales Engineer (Turbomachinery) driving sales for turbomachinery inspections, maintenance, servicing, and retrofitting services across a defined territory.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned customer accounts within the designated territory.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in hydrocarbon processing and secondary industries.
• Submit annual business plans, monthly sales reports, and sales forecasts.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contractual terms, and secure orders while maintaining profit margins.
• Monitor project execution for technical/commercial compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry trade fairs, road shows, and sales presentations.
• Recommend and manage local sales representatives, including training and guidance.

What you'll need

• Proven experience in sales and business development in turbomachinery/rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of steam turbines, compressors, pumps, and related auxiliary equipment.
• Understanding of hydrocarbon processing industries (oil & gas, petrochemical, gas transmission).
• Understanding of secondary industries (power generation, iron & steel, paper and pulp).
• Ability to produce territory plans, proposals, and sales forecasts.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.

Details

• Base location: Saudi Arabia (remote working basis) with travel required across the designated territory for client meetings, presentations, and events.
