Overview
Agentic AI Developer - Manager role in PwC’s Data and Analytics practice, focused on extracting insights from large datasets and supporting data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do
- Lead data analysis initiatives to drive client insights and strategic decision-making.
- Use advanced analytics and data manipulation to extract meaningful insights.
- Develop and implement statistical models for complex business problems.
- Guide teams in data visualization tools for client presentations and reports.
- Oversee development of machine learning algorithms to optimize client operations.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Mentor team members and uphold professional and technical standards in deliverables.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of experience.
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
- Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Hands-on work with agentic AI and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK), job queues, and event-driven systems.
Nice to have
- Preference for fields of study including Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, or Finance.
- Preference for at least one of: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS).
- Deep skill in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, with strong Next.js (App Router) experience.
- Develop backend APIs and services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and/or Node.js (Express) to serve AI capabilities.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment workflows.
- Experience putting LLM and AI APIs into production and grasp of application security.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Python for machine learning applications.
- Experience using data analysis software to derive actionable insights.
- Algorithm development experience for data processing.
- Analytic research skills to support client projects.
- Ability to adapt to diverse client needs in a fast-paced environment.
