AI Developer - Manager

Overview

As an AI Developer - Manager, you will develop innovative software solutions within the Software and Product Innovation practice, supporting digital transformation and improved business performance. You will lead teams, coach and develop team members, manage client accounts, and drive assigned workstreams across client engagements.

What you'll do

• Lead AI software development workstreams and guide team delivery across client engagements.
• Manage planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of application development initiatives.
• Develop and review Python and React solutions that support digital products and user experiences.
• Apply AI collaboration practices to design practical workflows and solution patterns.
• Oversee continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support reliable release activities.
• Coach team members, review work products, and build skills across technical delivery areas.
• Identify system dependencies, integration points, and technical risks across complex application environments.
• Validate alignment with professional standards, delivery timelines, and client expectations across multiple work efforts.
• Design, code, and test applications using technology and innovation to improve delivery, support stakeholder needs, and contribute to client outcomes.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 8 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• At least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
• Advanced programming skills in Python.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Knowledge of LLMs including GPT-4o, O1, and Claude.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and LLMOps tools.
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, C#, and JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.
• Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
