Overview

Join PwC Acceleration Center India as an Associate in Agentic Diagnostics & Insights, transforming raw data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making and business growth within the Data and Analytics Engineering practice.

What you'll do

• Engage in exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and creating data visualizations to solve complex business problems.
• Extract insights from large datasets using advanced analytics and statistical techniques to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks.
• Engage in client projects and client engagement while building client connections.
• Use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.
• Work across data and analytics: SQL, Python (pandas) and Power BI (DAX).
• Work on conversational AI: NLU intents and entities, and containment / deflection metrics.
• Gain exposure to agentic AI: LLM-based agents, RAG and tool-calling.
• Work in the contact center domain: contact center transformation, KPIs (AHT / FCR / NPS) and workforce management.
• Work with contact center platforms: Genesys / NICE / Amazon Connect / Google Cloud, and IVR / CTI.
• Apply the consulting toolkit: structured problem solving, customer journey analysis and stakeholder management.

What you'll need

• At least an MBA degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Systems Engineering.
• Demonstrating proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and R.
• Utilizing data science algorithms and workflows effectively.
• Engaging in complex data analysis and predictive modeling.
