Overview

Agentic Engineering Lead (Senior Manager) in PwC’s Technology Consulting practice, driving software and product innovation and leading large projects in the Acceleration Center India.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions for digital transformation.
• Manage teams designing, coding, and testing applications to enhance user experiences.
• Use programming languages (Java, Python, C++) to build robust software applications.
• Oversee enterprise architecture integration, including microservices, to optimize system performance.
• Apply CI/CD practices and agile methodologies to streamline software development.
• Validate software quality via testing and debugging and guide teams with coaching/mentoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engage clients for requirements, strategic advice, and feedback.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Experience using Java, Python, and C++ for software development.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and best practices across teams.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.

Nice to have

• Preference for fields of study including AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, and Software Engineering-related areas.
• Skills in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in API Management and microservices architecture.
• Must have expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AKS, Copilot Studio, AI Search, and Semantic Kernel.
