Software Engineer - Senior Associate (Python Javascript)

Overview

Senior Associate Software Engineer focused on developing and testing software solutions in support of digital transformation and business performance.

What you'll do

• Develop software solutions supporting digital transformation and improved business performance.
• Design, code, and test applications to deliver user experiences.
• Build scalable full-stack solutions and develop APIs and microservices.
• Use Azure infrastructure and AI services for cloud-native development patterns.
• Conduct code reviews, follow coding standards, and apply branching/version control best practices.
• Implement CI/CD practices and troubleshoot/debug software issues.
• Mentor junior developers and guide adoption of new technologies and AI-assisted development practices.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in software engineering or related technology roles.
• Hands-on development with Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience building with Java, Python, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like Angular and React.
• Working knowledge of Azure Infrastructure and AI Services (Azure Functions, Agentic AI Services).
• Ability to design scalable data models and optimize database interactions using SQL and modern data storage technologies.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design (OOD) principles for software architecture.
