Agentic Enterprise Engineer

Overview

Agentic Enterprise Engineer to design and build intelligent, agentic workflows that improve enterprise business process execution and drive measurable productivity and efficiency gains.

What you'll do

• Partner with business process owners to identify and scope automation opportunities with business value.
• Design and implement multi-step agentic automation workflows using modern AI agent tools.
• Prepare documentation, user training, and change-management materials for handover to business teams.
• Stay current on AI automation tools, frameworks, and practices that may improve delivery.
• Apply AI governance processes and support compliant review and deployment of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with security and operations partners to align solutions with security, cost, and operational standards.

What you'll need

• 5–10 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise back-end systems.
• 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, process automation, or systems integration.
• 2+ years of hands-on agentic AI automation experience in production or near-production environments.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying Microsoft Copilot Agents (including Agent Foundry and Copilot Studio).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft M365 suite, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Lake services.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
