Agile Coach

Overview

Support the rollout and adoption of a new process within ABB's Process Control Platform R&D teams in Bangalore, India, acting as an in-house coach and trainer for the process changes.

What you'll do

• Understand the new process and organization and discuss it with the APEX PCP R&D core team.
• Support the rollout of the process to R&D teams.
• Contribute to the training content preparation for the process.
• Actively coach teams to align to the process and changes.
• Collect feedback from the teams and check the process implementation level (for India and other locations).
• Be part of the core implementation team across the R&D community after the process rollout.
• Possibly be part of the train-the-trainer team.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships, seeks feedback, and provides innovative solutions to meet customer requirements and deliver improvements.

Details

• Hybrid work model (part-time).
• Reports to: R&D Technology Manager.
• Contributes to the Process Automation business for the Process Control Platform division based in Bangalore, India.
