AI Agent Engineer - Moveworks

Overview

You’ll be an AI Agent Engineer for Moveworks Customer Deployment at ServiceNow, delivering AI agent technical success on the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform to accelerate customer product adoption.

What you'll do

• Own the full delivery lifecycle for AI Agents on the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform from vision through build, tuning, and launch.
• Design and architect custom AI solutions with customers to solve complex business challenges.
• Integrate the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform with customers’ enterprise systems in a secure and performant manner.
• Partner with engineering and product teams on new product rollouts using customer feedback and technical gap synthesis.
• Consult customers to shape their agentic AI roadmap using creative freedom in solution design.
• Provide strategic guidance to overcome technical and organizational obstacles and upskill customer teams.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Consulting Engineer, or Software Engineer).
• Ability to operate across multiple business functions or technical domains with adaptability and broad skills.
• Experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows and automations leveraging REST APIs, iPaaS automation tools, or scripting.
• Full, independent ownership of work with minimal guidance and sound technical decision-making.
• Track record of contributing ideas and documentation across project teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Workday, Okta).
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments and using the command line.
• Stay current with the latest AI tools and frameworks.
