DevOps, MLOps & GenAI Platform Owner (IC)

Overview

Hybrid DevOps, MLOps & GenAI Platform Owner role (IC) focused on owning production platforms and building hands-on CI/CD, MLOps, GenAI and automation pipelines.

What you'll do

• Own production systems including incident handling, SLAs, stability, and uptime.
• Drive RCA and eliminate recurring issues.
• Improve observability, monitoring, and reliability.
• Build and optimize CI/CD, MLOps, and GenAI pipelines.
• Deploy and tune ML/GenAI models including RAG and prompt optimization.
• Interface with business, analytics, and engineering teams for requirements translation and KPI/status reporting.

What you'll need

• Experience with DevOps/MLOps tools: Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with cloud and containers: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, and Selenium.
• RPA experience with WorkFusion, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
• GenAI/ML experience including RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
• Production support at scale including incident management and change management.
