Overview

AI Application Packaging Engineer role focused on application packaging, endpoint management, cloud deployment, and automation to modernise IT operations using AI-driven solutions.

What you'll do

• Work across Application Packaging and Endpoint Management.
• Support Cloud Deployment activities.
• Build and run Automation to streamline deployment workflows.
• Assist with application packaging, deployment, patching, and remediation processes.
• Handle vulnerability management and patch lifecycle activities using tools like WSUS and Active Directory.
• Use AI-enabled or automation tools to improve packaging and troubleshooting efficiency.

What you'll need

• Have 5+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM and/or Microsoft Intune.
• Be proficient with PowerShell scripting.
• Have knowledge of Windows Registry and File System internals.
• Manage enterprise application packaging, deployment, patching, and remediation processes.
• Have exposure to vulnerability management and patch lifecycle activities with tools such as WSUS, Active Directory, or endpoint security solutions.
• Have interest or experience leveraging Generative AI tools for efficiency in packaging, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Use automation or AI-assisted tools to streamline IT operations and deployment workflows.
