Overview

Senior Associate role in PwC's Acceleration Center India, Software and Product Innovation group, focused on testing and quality assurance of AI-driven solutions within the Technology Consulting practice.

What you'll do

• Conduct acceptance and automation testing to validate software quality and reliability
• Collaborate with teams to manage defect investigations and debugging processes
• Use agile methodologies to enhance product management and program execution
• Develop and manage test cases and environments to support software testing life cycles
• Implement quality assurance best practices to optimize system architecture and reliability
• Engage in AI-human collaboration to improve testing methodologies and outcomes
• Perform data model testing and fault analysis to identify and address system issues
• Lead documentation testing efforts to validate comprehensive coverage and accuracy
• Apply analytical thinking to diagnose problems and recommend solutions
• Facilitate communication and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement in testing processes
• Guide and mentor junior team members

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English
