AI Developer - Senior Associate

Overview

As an AI Developer - Senior Associate, you will develop innovative software solutions that support client needs across the software engineering lifecycle within the Sustainability practice.

What you'll do

• Develop AI-enabled software solutions using Python, programming languages, and application software across client delivery workstreams.
• Design, code, and test applications with attention to system development, data flow, and user experience.
• Apply AI fluency and AI-human collaboration methods to shape practical solutions for business and technical needs.
• Translate complex requirements into clear technical designs that support sustainability-focused software initiatives.
• Build and refine React Native components and other application features to support mobile and cross-platform delivery.
• Review code, debug issues, and improve application performance through structured problem solving.
• Interpret data and technical feedback to inform recommendations, prioritization, and future development decisions.
• Support client relationships by anticipating needs, communicating progress, and contributing to dependable delivery.
• Mentor junior team members on programming practices, development standards, and technical problem solving.
• Analyze complex issues, build meaningful client connections, and manage assigned workstreams.
• Design and code applications, interpret feedback, and use a range of methods and tools to shape solutions aligned with broader project goals and changing business context.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering.
• Certifications on Cloud Architecture (GCP/Azure/AWS).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud-native patterns.
• Experience embedding AI-driven UIs in Angular/React.
• Knowledge of observability and telemetry for AI applications.
• 6 years of experience in software development.
• 1 year of experience leading developers.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript frameworks.
• Understanding of LLMs and vector databases.
• Experience with data/ML frameworks and tools.
• Navigating ambiguity while building client relationships and mentoring junior teammates.
