AI Enablement Engineer

Overview

Join Keyloop's Impost team as an AI Enablement Engineer, helping Product & Engineering teams adopt Keystone's AI capability through coaching, mentoring, pairing and hands-on engineering as part of the AI Empowered Programme.

What you'll do

• Coach, mentor or pair with each team's AI Champion to drive sustained, long-term adoption of AI in development.
• Work directly with teams for shorter periods to resolve specific technical challenges.
• Gain first-hand insight from inside team day-to-day work and feed it back into the programme.
• Act as the first adopter for Keystone's experimental new solutions, taking ownership of real internal systems as test grounds.
• Contribute to Keystone's solutions through early feedback on gaps and issues, and through hands-on contribution and pull requests.
• Help teams leverage Claude Code, skills, agents and Keystone's recommended solutions effectively, across whatever stack they work in.
