About the role
We're looking for an AI Automation Engineer to join our e-commerce team in Mumbai. You'll design and deploy intelligent automation solutions that streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and drive business efficiency using cutting-edge AI and generative AI technologies.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain AI-powered automation workflows that optimize e-commerce operations, from order processing to customer support
- Develop and integrate generative AI solutions to automate content creation, product descriptions, and personalized customer interactions
- Design scalable web-based applications that leverage AI models and APIs to solve real business problems
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and implement end-to-end solutions
- Monitor, test, and refine automation systems to ensure reliability, performance, and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AI automation, machine learning, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries
- Demonstrated expertise in building generative AI applications or integrating LLMs into production systems
- Solid understanding of e-commerce workflows, APIs, and web development practices
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Portfolio or GitHub projects showcasing AI automation work
