AI Engineer - Enterprise Search

Overview

Build and optimize a multi-tenant enterprise search solution using AI and machine learning. The role covers knowledge graphs, personalized search, language-model adaptation, and search-enabled ITSM workflows.

What you'll do

• Build and structure an enterprise knowledge graph.
• Develop personalized ranking models based on user behavior.
• Adapt AI language models to customer data.
• Combine large language models with search engines for complex queries.
• Write maintainable code for multi-tenant systems.
• Align search capabilities with ITSM workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience with enterprise search products and AI/ML integration.
• Expertise in multi-tenant systems.
• Experience securely integrating external customer systems.
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Solr, or similar platforms.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or equivalent languages.
• Ability to solve complex problems with AI.
