AI Engineer – Python, Generative AI, LLM/RAG, Cloud AI & MLOpsMLOps & Kubernetes

Overview

AI Engineer/Tech Lead responsible for designing, developing and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The role combines hands-on engineering with architecture, technical leadership, mentoring and production MLOps.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy AI/ML, LLM, RAG and AI-agent solutions.
• Architect scalable, secure and maintainable AI platforms.
• Develop and evaluate models, applications, agents and data pipelines.
• Design RAG solutions using embeddings, vector databases and prompt engineering.
• Lead code reviews, technical discussions and architecture decisions.
• Mentor AI/ML engineers and developers.
• Support deployment, monitoring, versioning, incident resolution and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of experience in software development, AI, ML or a related technical field.
• Strong Python skills and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and AI agents.
• Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI/ML or Google Cloud AI services.
• Experience with vector databases, LangChain, Semantic Kernel or similar frameworks.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, large-scale data processing and MLOps.

Nice to have

• AI governance, responsible AI and model-monitoring experience.
• Technical team or AI/ML project leadership experience.
• Azure AI, AWS Machine Learning or equivalent certification.
• Enterprise-scale Generative AI and production LLM experience.

• On-site in Pune, Hinjewadi.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field is preferred.
