AI / ML Engineer

Overview

Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools and cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipelines at production-ready quality, and applies GenAI models as part of the solution.

What you'll do

• Design and develop applications and systems that integrate AI tools and cloud-based AI services.
• Manage cloud and on-premises application pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable.
• Implement generative AI models and explore deep learning, neural networks, chatbots and image processing to create AI-driven solutions.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging AI technologies to enhance existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with business goals.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and to business area problems.

What you'll need

• Minimum 18 years of experience in Automation Architecture.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Automation Architecture.
• Strong experience in designing scalable AI and machine learning system architectures.
• In-depth understanding of cloud platforms and deployment strategies for AI applications.
• Expertise in integrating generative AI models and deep learning frameworks into production environments.
• Ability to optimize AI pipelines for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Familiarity with neural networks, chatbot development, and image processing techniques.
• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
