AI/ML - Senior Engineer (Level 1)

Overview

Senior AI/ML Engineer responsible for developing machine learning solutions and scalable MLOps pipelines.

What you'll do

• Architect scalable MLOps pipelines using Azure ML, MLflow, Databricks Asset Bundles, and CI/CD/CT.
• Implement model drift detection, monitoring, and automated alerts.
• Implement data governance, lineage tracking, metadata management, and compliance processes.
• Design and deploy LLM solutions using RAG, Agentic AI, MCP, and prompt engineering.
• Build Power BI dashboards for model monitoring and business KPI reporting.
• Mentor junior team members, review code, and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.

What you'll need

• 4 to 8 years of experience.
• Deep understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, model evaluation, and feature engineering.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, CNNs, and RNNs.
• Expertise in Python, including NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
• Practical experience with Spark and familiarity with Hadoop and Kafka.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and strong MLOps exposure.
• Strong SQL, NoSQL, data modeling, statistics, hypothesis testing, and data interpretation skills.

Nice to have

• Databricks experience, preferably Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate certification.
• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLMs.
