AI Native Software Engineer

Overview

Lead the delivery of production-ready, AI-driven ServiceNow solutions across client engagements. The role combines architecture, governance, client strategy, GenAI innovation, and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI-driven ServiceNow solutions.
• Define architecture standards, governance, security, compliance, and observability practices.
• Lead discovery workshops and define AI roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Introduce GenAI and agentic patterns into ServiceNow workflows.
• Mentor and manage cross-functional delivery teams.
• Partner with leadership to scale AI adoption and manage risks.

What you'll need

• At least 7.5 years of experience.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Advanced ServiceNow architecture expertise, including App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Apps.
• Strong proficiency in Virtual Agent, AI Search optimization, and Now Assist configuration.
• Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and RAG/vector search concepts.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, OAuth, and SAML.
• Ability to lead delivery teams and manage client stakeholders.
