AI Quality Data Tester (Manual & Automation)

Overview

AI Quality Data Tester focused on manual exploratory testing and automated data testing for BI and data workflows. The role includes designing test strategies and validating end-to-end data integrity.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and automated scripts/frameworks for data warehouse and BI solutions.
• Manually map complex business data workflows and validate end-to-end data integrity.
• Create and maintain test data and choose an appropriate mix of manual and automated testing.
• Identify, document, and perform root cause analysis on defects with developers and analysts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Data Engineering, Cloud, Security, Business Operations) on data governance standards.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of data quality experience including BI/data testing and BI/data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in complex SQL queries and advanced data validation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of data governance and data management best practices for ensuring data quality.
• Ability to translate business/technical data realities into automated test strategies supporting CI/CD.
• Experience using testing and tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal communication required).
• Experience in test automation and openness/early experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, UiPath) for test creation/generation.
