AI Software Engineer

Overview

AI Software Engineer role focused on building and deploying AI applications and intelligent automation platforms, including LLM/GenAI, RAG, agents, and speech/voice systems.

What you'll do

• Develop software features and services supporting AI applications and intelligent automation platforms.
• Build and maintain Generative AI and LLM-based applications using modern orchestration frameworks.
• Implement RAG solutions, vector database pipelines, and semantic search systems.
• Design and integrate agentic workflows for autonomous task execution and multi-agent collaboration.
• Build speech-to-text pipelines, voice-enabled AI assistants, and audio analytics applications.
• Deploy and optimize AI models on edge/embedded systems for real-time low-latency inference.
• Develop cloud-native AI solutions on AWS and build APIs/backend services with AI integrations.

What you'll need

• Experience with model evaluation, testing, prompt engineering, and performance optimization.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on architecture reviews and code quality initiatives.
• Experience participating in Agile software development, including sprints, stand-ups, and technical reviews.
