Associate Software Engineer

Overview

The Associate Software Engineer designs, develops, tests, and releases applications, platform capabilities, and integrations that support the organization’s technology solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and develop new products/solutions and enhancements for existing systems.
• Contribute across the SDLC with development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Follow established coding standards through hands-on coding.
• Develop unit tests and automated test scripts using a TDD approach.
• Leverage coding assistants for code generation, review, and test creation.
• Build rapid prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs) to validate ideas and solutions.

What you'll need

• Proficiency developing software using Java, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, Generative AI technologies, and AI agent development.
• Strong understanding of coding best practices, UI and back-end architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
