AI Solution Architect

Overview

Design strategic, cross-functional and cross-platform AI solutions that enable business transformation, partnering with business and technology leaders to architect scalable AI solutions, drive implementation, and ensure successful adoption across the organization.

What you'll do

• Work with business leadership and development team managers to define the scope of the AI solution and clarify its functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify involved and affected systems and existing AI tools and solutions, and perform an impact analysis.
• Design technological solutions that satisfy identified business and technical requirements.
• Help project managers identify technical experts and stakeholders and secure the development team resources necessary to deliver project objectives.
• Facilitate communication among technical experts and stakeholders, and help project managers coordinate development teams in implementing solutions and meeting project objectives.
• Ensure proper rollout of AI solutions.
• Document AI solutions at a high level and ensure appropriate low-level documentation is created and maintained by development teams.
• Facilitate continuous improvement of designed solutions.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of work experience as an AI Solution Architect and 5+ years in Software Engineering.
• Knowledge of the design principles of distributed systems and modern integration approaches.
• Experience with AWS or another major cloud provider.
• Knowledge of UML.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in English sufficient to read and write technical documentation and communicate effectively with English-speaking users and stakeholders.
• Desire and ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience working across multiple platforms, systems, and business functions in large-scale environments.

• Remote position in the United States.
• Technologies include AI platforms and solutions, AWS or other major cloud providers, Python, Go, TypeScript or other programming languages, distributed systems architectures, integration platforms and technologies, UML, ITIL and ITSM frameworks, and Agile development methodologies.
• Compensation (total target compensation, including base and performance-based bonus) ranges by U.S. geographic zone from $156,339 to $400,440 USD annually.
