Solution Architect

Overview

Solution Architect on Domino Data Lab's Professional Services team, designing and delivering architectures and integrations that embed the Domino platform into customers' enterprise IT landscapes.

What you'll do

• Lead technical execution on Domino's most strategic F100 deployments across multi-cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments, powering enterprise AI/ML at scale.
• Design end-to-end reference architectures for regulated environments across data, identity, security, and infrastructure.
• Build and document field integrations across the AI/ML ecosystem (data platforms, model registries, MLOps tooling), and enable the rest of Solutions on them.
• Partner with account and SE teams on scoping, custom demos, and PoCs that map to real customer AI use cases.
• Translate what you see in the field into roadmap input for Product and Engineering.

What you'll need

• 5+ years hands-on with Kubernetes in production, including upgrades, migrations, multi-region DR, and cluster management at scale.
• End-to-end enterprise Kubernetes implementations in the wild, cloud or on-prem (OpenShift a strong signal). PoCs and Terraform-only experience do not count.
• Direct experience owning strategic customer relationships at CTO / platform-lead level, not one step below.
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Comfort translating security and compliance requirements into architectures that pass audit.

Nice to have

• Azure experience (a strong plus).
• Hands-on AI/ML or data platform experience (Domino or comparable MLOps tooling), especially in regulated environments (a strong plus).

• Location: Remote, US.
• Annual US base salary range: $200,000 to $250,000 USD.
